Events at The Print Shop

This season, we have tiered sponsorship:

Vendor Sponsors ($300):

Social Media Tags
Social Media Promotional Reel (filmed at your location)
Space for an 8×8 or 10×10 tent
Ability to Buy/Sell/Trade gear and instruments
Logo on flyers and t-shirts designed
Free beer and tacos

Maker/Fixer/School Sponsors ($50):

Social Media Tags
Space for a 6×6 tent or 8ft pop up table
Logo on flyers and t-shirts

Free Participation:

– Swapper Stations will be open to anyone with gear or instruments to trade (but not sell), and will be free to participate in.

– The Musician Mixer will have a bucket/bowl for Musicians, bands, and music teachers to drop their business cards in for a chance at a raffle prize (max 1 business card each, but can purchase additional raffle tickets).

*Number of business cards pulled will depend on the number of items/gift cards/ baskets donated.*

– Mini Makers Market will be for kids (under 21) who have arts and crafts to sell, and will be free for them! While we’d love to have it open to every type of kid creator, we have to say only non-food/non-beverage items at this time, primarily for food safety purposes on hot summer afternoons.

Fundraising: we’re excited to announce we are partnering with SoundBites SC, a Columbia-based 501(c)3 helping SC and NC residents in need receieve free musical instruments, and music program funding! This Gear Swap, we will be raising funds for them through a raffle of donated community items/gift cards/experiences/etc. Learn more about them at: scsoundbites.org

– Volunteers: this year, we’ll be recruiting volunteers to help set up, break down, and sell raffle tickets. Volunteers will get a t-shirt, 3 tacos, and 3 beers each, covered by the Sponsorship funds.

We’ll also be hosting the Family-Friendly Open Mic Afternoon on the same day, from 3pm-5pm. So, anyone who bought or traded something at the Swap can show it off, and those coming to participate in Open Mic can browse the gear and connect with local vendors as they continue their music journey.
