Fruited Sour Ale • 6% ABV | Foeder aged for 9 months, fruited with Springs Farm strawberries.
2020 Springs Farm Peach Sour
Barrel Aged Sour • 6.5% ABV | Fermented with peaches from Springs Farm, aged in Pinor Noir barrels for 12 months.
2020 Big Red Peach Sour
Barrel Aged Sour • 7% ABV | Fermented with big red peaches from Springs Farm, aged in French puncheons for 12 months.
Barley Wine with Spruce Tips
Sour • 11.7% ABV | Aged 11 months in Catoctin Creek whiskey barrels with the addition of Alaskan spruce tips.

Blueberry Pink Tequila
Barrel Aged Sour Ale • 7.5% ABV | Golden Sour base that had been aging in Pinot Noir barrels for 14 months and aged on whole organic blueberries for 30 days. Then placed it in pink tequila barrels for 2 months.
