Black Sour • 7% ABV | Aged 12 months in Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whisky barrels with a hefty addition of chocolate from French Broad Chocolate in Asheville, NC.

Imperial Stout • 11% ABV | Aged in organic Catoctin Creek rye whiskey barrels for 12 months. This variant of our imperial stout includes vanilla, graham crackers and coconut.

English Honey Ale • 5.6% ABV | Collab with our friends at Petty Thieves.

Lemon Shandy • 5% ABV

Fruited Sour Ale • 6% ABV | Foeder aged for 9 months, fruited with Springs Farm strawberries.

Barrel Aged Sour • 6.5% ABV | Fermented with peaches from Springs Farm, aged in Pinor Noir barrels for 12 months.

Barrel Aged Sour • 7% ABV | Fermented with big red peaches from Springs Farm, aged in French puncheons for 12 months.

Sour • 11.7% ABV | Aged 11 months in Catoctin Creek whiskey barrels with the addition of Alaskan spruce tips.

Plum Sour • 6.7% ABV | Foeder fermented, Chianti cask aged with NC plums. Available in bottle only.
