Majestic Pale Ale
This flagship hoppy pale is brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, Magnum and Mosaic hops, then dry-hopped with Amarillo and Simcoe. Bound to please both hop heads and bourgeoning pale ale drinkers alike.
Super Duper Double IPA
ABV 8% - IBU 82
A West Coast Double IPA dry hopped with Amarillo, Centennial, and Simcoe hops with a 2-Row and 2% Crystal Light malt bill for body. Named after our favorite “Suuuper Duper Dope!” employee.
ABV 5.4% - IBU 32
Our take on a traditional German pilsner. A small dry hop addition of German hops gives this beer a crisp, exciting finish that makes it the perfect beer to enjoy in the sun. We lagered this beer for 30 days after fermentation.
I Make Honey Moves
A honey saison brewed with 100% local triticale and barley from Epiphany Craft Malt in Durham and Carolina honey from Honey's Honey in Fort Mill. Brewed in collaboration with our good friends over at Wooden Robot Brewery in Charlotte.
Dry Hopped Belgian
ABV 5.2% - IBU 17
This brew has a very simple malt bill of Pilsner and white wheat. We then dry hopped it with Saaz, Hallertau Blanc and Mosaic. The result is a smooth Belgian with notes of tropical fruits like pineapple, grapefruit, and mango.
ABV 6% - IBU 32
This porter is rich and velvety with a slight roasty finish. We used 2-Row for the base malt with white wheat, Crystal Medium, chocolate malt and chocolate pale. This brew is special to us because our friend Len Tucker served as assistant brewer! Len bid on and won an auction prize at the Green Gala to brew with us, for which his donation benefited summer camp scholarships at the Anne Springs Close Greenway in Fort Mill. Plus, Len is an ophthalmologist- hence the name Prescription Porter! Len, thank you for supporting both us and the Greenway!
Downtown Coconut Brown
ABV 6.8% - IBU 20
A full-bodied brown ale that gives off hints of chocolate with a slight bitter finish. We rounded this off with a 20 pound dry hop of organic coconut shavings for a slight tropical kiss!
The Noble "Lor"eate Sour
A dry hopped golden sour with a generous addition of Loral hops, also known as the “super noble” hop, after being aged in freshly dumped pinot noir barrels for 10 months. Featuring a predominantly grapefruit aroma, with balanced floral and herbal notes.
Cruisin' Down the Street in My 64
ABV 6.4% - IBU 63
AKA: The Eazy-E. This tropical IPA comes in at 6.4%. Centennial, Topaz, Super Pride, and Ella hops were used in the kettle and Super Pride, Topaz, Ella and Citra were used in the dry hop.
ABV 4.7% - IBU 17
Our crowd-pleasing Belgian Wit uses classic Belgian yeast, orange, and coriander for a smooth wheat beer with moderate esters and a little spicy note.
Long Leaf Pine Pale Ale
ABV 6.5% - IBU 30
The Long Leaf Pine Pale Ale is the third beer in our Greenway Series in partnership with the Anne Springs Close Greenway. This time around, we foraged for 25 pounds long leaf pine growth alone Trekker Loop at the Adventure Road entrance. Expect earth tones with a lemon and bitter finish on the back end. For every pint purchased in the taproom, we’ll be donating $1 back to the Anne Springs Close Greenway!
Cucumber Basil Pale Ale
ABV 5% - IBU 25
Shacksbury Dry Cider
